| Florinda Golu a absolvit în anul 2003 la Facultatea de Psihologie şi Ştiinţele Educaţiei, Universitatea din Bucureşti, specializarea Psihologie. În anul 2005 şi-a luat masteratul în Psihodiagnostic şi Psihoterapie, iar în anul 2008 i-a fost acordat titlul de doctor în psihologie. Din anul 2004 este cadru didactic titular al Facultăţii de Psihologie şi Ştiinţele Educaţiei, Universitatea din Bucureşti, Departamentul de Psihologie, iar din anul 2013 este coordonatorul programului de masterat „Evaluare şi intervenţie psihologică în domeniul educaţional” şi titulara mai multor discipline de profil. În anul 2017 a obținut dreptul de a coordona doctorate în psihologie, domeniile de inters științific fiind psihologia dezvoltării și a educației, evaluarea psihologică, psihologia clinică, consilierea psihologică și educațională. Este autoarea a mai multor cărţi de unic autor şi în calitate de co-autor, a numeroase articole în reviste de specialitate şi capitole în volume colective. Interese de cercetare:A. Psihologie socială: 1. Problematica liderului în grupurile de copii şi adolescenţi 2. Conflict, competiţie şi cooperare în grupurile şcolare 3. Reprezentarea socială a succesului şi reuşitei şcolare B. Psihologia dezvoltării: 1. Abordarea developmentală a ataşamentului 2. Psihopatologia dezvoltării la copil şi adolescent. Eficientizarea practicilor de consiliere vocaţională | Florinda Golu graduated the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences from the University of Bucharest in 2003, specializing in Psychology. In 2005 she graduated from the Psychodiagnostics and Psychotherapy master’s programme, and in 2008 she acquired her PhD in psychology. Since 2004 she has been a tenured faculty member of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences from the University of Bucharest, Psychology Department and since 2013 she is the supervisor of the Master’s Programme: Evaluation and Psychological Intervention in the Educational Field, and tenures more area-specific branches. In 2017 she obtained the right to supervise doctoral fellows in psychology, while her areas of scientific interest are developmental and educational psychology, psychological evaluation, clinical psychology, educational and psychological guidance. She is the author of multiple books as sole author and co-author, numerous articles in specialized magazines, and chapters in collective volumes.
