International Conference on Non-Communicable Diseases: Hold the Door against Injury and Disease

Please mark your calendar on May 22nd – 24th, 2017, for the 2nd edition of the International Conference on Non-Communicable Diseases (ICONiC). This edition of the conference addresses both the field of non-communicable disease and the field of violence and injury prevention.
Call for abstract
Abstract submissions are welcomed on original research topics concerning non-communicable diseases and injury, as well as best practices and lessons learned from interventions to prevent and/or manage non-communicable diseases and injury. Thus, we welcome abstracts from the field of non-communicable diseases and injury describing: (1) original research results; (2) ongoing or finalized research studies; and (3) services and good practices. Deadline for submission is 11:59 p.m. CET on Friday, April 15.

Participation in ICONiC 2017 is free of charge. Moreover, you can attend the conference without submitting an abstract. However, there is a limited number of available seats, so registration for the conference must be made in advance. Registration deadline is 11:59 p.m. CET on Monday, May 1st.

Keynote speeches, workshops, plenary sessions, oral and poster presentation sessions will structure this years’ event, aiming to provide a forum that enables practitioners, researchers, business developers and service users to share new research, trends and evidence-based practices in the fields of non-communicable diseases and injury.
